ASI Optical Transceiver
Introduction
CASI series multi-channel ASI code stream optical transceiver is composed of optical transmitter CASIT and optical receiver CASIR, which is used to transmit multiple ASI code stream signals conforming to digital TV standards. CASIT is equipped with a cable equalization circuit at the ASI electrical signal input end, built-in code stream synchronizer, high-speed code stream multiplexer and high-speed code stream optical driver, and each code stream at the input end is equipped with a loop outlet for convenience. CASIR has built-in high-speed code stream optical receiver, high-speed code stream demultiplexer, and each code stream at the output end is equipped with two ASI output ports.
The CASI optical transceiver adopts high-speed code stream multiplexing technology, so there is almost no delay to the signal. The system uses a high-stability clock to minimize the output signal jitter and can handle the distorted signal well.
The optical transceiver of the CASI system has the monitoring function of the main technical parameters of operation, and displays on the LCD display window in real time: 1) the type of optical connector; 2) the working wavelength of each laser; 3) the transmit/receive optical power of each channel; 4) the optical transceiver Working temperature; 5) Input/output working status of each signal; 6) Dual power supply voltage to the motherboard.
Features
Compliant with DVB-ASI (EN50083-9) interface standard ISO-13818 specification
Support single or multi-program ASI code stream, without changing any valid information of code stream in optical transmission
Inputs have cable equalization to compensate for cable transmission losses
Multi-channel ASI is transmitted through one core fiber and one wavelength, saving fiber resources
The single-stage transmission distance can reach 100Km (standard 40Km)
Optical transmitter has loop out, receiver has dual output
Both transmitter and receiver have LCD liquid crystal display working status of optical transceiver
The working status indication is clear, and the panel is equipped with LED indication of ASI signal, optical signal and power supply
Optional 1310nm, 1550nm, CWDM or DWDM optical transmission mode, and realize more signal transmission through optical multiplexing
Dual power supply, work independently and backup each other
